Refund Policy:

No return policy: Customers can’t return any product purchased from the e-commerce store 

Defective products: If the product received by the customer is defective, damaged, or does not match the product description on the website, the customer can return the product through contact us form in contact us page

Refund process: Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation period: Customers can cancel their order within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Cancellation process: Customers can cancel their order by contacting customer service via email or phone. The cancellation will be processed within 3-5 business days, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.

Shipped orders: If the order has already been shipped, customers can’t  cancel the order or product for a refund, subject to the terms of the refund policy.
